Her certification includes 720 hours of intense training to attain the level of Distinction First Class. Yoga Vidya Gurukul Ashram is one of the top three schools for traditional yoga in the world. Shaman Melodie teaches Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga combined with the Ayurvedic Body Typing principles for diet & lifestyle.

† Cleansing techniques of Hatha Yoga
† Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) with chanting to set the vibrational frequency in the Chakras
† Ayurvedic Body typing for individual diet management
† We will start each class and end each class with the proper manner of chanting to set the body/ mind vibration for beginning the Asanas
† We will learn the 12 preparatory movement s to prepare the body
† Pravesh Asanas work and the structure of the pose for your body type
